Pros

Good mine life - potential to offer job stability, a safe and productive work place. But.

Cons

A couple of highlights - Management lack diverse skills or leadership ability, employees with ideas are frequently targeted and either fired or pushed to leave. Seniors in Tech approach employees and ask them to send email complaints about their latest target to support PIP or termination. Upper management and HR are aware of some incidents, with HR even being the bully in certain cases. One Technical Services crew have a group WhatsApp chat and mock their colleagues. Seniors encourage lower-ranking staff to monitor and report on other employees, believing they’re helping while unknowingly being an extension of psychosocial abuses/ OHS laws. A senior hang up a call and blurted out the (caller) employee’s medical condition with everyone in the room. Countless hours and resources (thousands of dollars) are spent by seniors covering up their toxic behavior and sabotage of others, would be costing the company alot more than their salaries to keep on the bullies - an audit on the seniors and what they 'focus' on might be wise (a 3rd party that is). FWC cases have resulted in Non disclosures. Ex-employees should speak out here or on Reddit to shed light on this.
