I worked as a leasing consultant for this company, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The company consistently violated fair housing laws, displaying a blatant disregard for ethical and legal standards. Moreover, there was a pervasive lack of concern for employees' well-being, as they engaged in unfair favoritism and concealed various issues under a facade of indifference. The overall disregard for residents' needs further underscored the company's troubling priorities.

New boss is on a power trip and working here is horrific to say the least. The new boss doesn't have any common sense and she stares at you like a deer in headlights when you speak to her. The lights are on but she absolutely isn't home. This company used to be such a pleasure to work for and now the outlook is grim. This company prided themselves on the culture and opportunity for new ideas. Forget that now. Someone needs to inform the new boss that the leasing world isn't what it was in her time and her beliefs are as dated as her wardrobe. She is a mean woman who is pure evil and is not at all kind. She is on a high horse every time she visits Houston. We now have to walk on eggshells or fear punishment or write ups. She walks around here like a prison warden. She is hypocritical, takes zero responsibility, and is very prideful. She complains and complains about the property and offers no solutions. Don't get me started on the decrease in leasing commissions, downright terrible. This woman has zero understanding that people can't afford to renew and wants us badgering people who have to move back home with parents. She is the fakest person I've had had the displeasure of knowing. The is no longer any light in the lighthouse. Bellrock is a disgrace.
