      Old commissions scale was gracious.

      Cons

      Everything being changed is terrible. We aren't happy working here any longer. We are spoken to horribly and treated very poorly at all times. This company has become sad. We liked working for the owners, not the new lady and her people.

      Pros

      Small management company. Owners appeared to care while in front of you.

      Cons

      Owners trusted unqualified people in leadership roles. Owners wife making operational decision with zero experience. RPM who had no clue how to assist onsite teams. People that were committed to Bellrock were let go because of ego.
