Horrible management, understaffed, for profit institution cares only about the revenue from admission. Highest turnover rate I’ve ever seen with a company. Horrible management with zero accountability. They seem to pull management from the bottom of the barrel, every manager and director here has had multiple complaints filed on them by students or staff at multiple institutions. Like hey maybe vet these people before hiring. Multiple occasions of passing the buck, taking zero accountability despite problems being addressed by staff, zero support! You will quite literally be the only employee on some days with administration nowhere to be found. Probably on some retreat getting drunk and causing a scene, it happens. You will be overworked, underpaid, no job security, not worth it at all. You will literally commit fraud as well and a multitude of other infractions working here, surprised they haven’t been shut down yet, eventually though I’m sure.
