All Bad. Vision, Values, and Ethics are questionable. - Educator Bellus Academy Employee Review

I have been able to serve my purpose as a Bellus employee but unfortunately my set goals no longer align with Bellus Academy’s vision, values, and ethics. Not sure what direction they are going at this point, but currently they look like a sinking ship. New management has completely destroyed the culture we once loved and respected. People are used as scapegoats in attempt to make management look good — However, fortunately everyone, students and staff, sees right through that. HR is just as bad.
