      Pros

      They make a decent product. Coworkers who appreciate you and feel the same way. Are the positive reviews real????

      Cons

      Unstable leadership! Verbally and emotionally abusive. Unethical practices. Zero transparency about earning potential and financials. No 401K - they are established enough to offer one. A constant revolving door of turnover. No respect from CEO on realistic timeframes and work productivity. Employee morale is depressing.

      Some nice coworkers, great location (if at office)

      Cons

      -No work/life balance -Little respect from upper management -Shady practices -Low pay You can wear many hats, but you will pay for it with the lack of a life outside of work. Pay is not very good for all that you will be doing.
