      unprofessional and racist

      Pros

      The proclaimed "international" staff consists of designers from neighboring Asian countries who are wonderfully polite and truly talented. Overall a great experience interacting with these colleagues.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no challenging any design direction from the "boss". He runs a factory of copy and paste design who must follow his regime of using 80% previous project work. To be fair the word design should not be a part of the vocabulary of Belt Collins. He hires only Hong Kong natives to make the real decisions who are his friends and are absolute racists toward Western people.

      Pros

      Easy work, no need to use so much brain.

      Cons

      The only 'boss' decides everything with no basic respect to employees and very emotional. Poor management in different teams and no career development. Many politics in the company - you need to make the 'boss' happy rather than focusing on doing real jobs. Can't see the staff are attached to the company at all. Lack of sense of belonging and company values.

      easy work environment, friendly colleagues, different projects make it an easy and enjoyable place to work, where as a fresh graduate skills can be developed and finetuned

      Cons

      boring, every time similar design solutions, no drive for quality, but copy pasting of solutions high turn over of projects.
