The upper management and staff are all really nice people and great to work with. The company worked with my schedule as a part time employee and even with my co-worker who worked full time. She was able to reduce to 35 hours and work just 4 days a week. They gave me benefits as a part-time employee as well and that's huge. They have a good work-life balance and take care of their staff.

Not a lot of ability to grow career-wise as a graphic artist.
