      - Cool people, talented and nice - Learn a decent amount - Remote first

      Cons

      - Toxic leadership who is very micromanaging - Poor WLB - Poor engineering leadership from CTO - CEO is non-technical and doesn't understand his own products or the product landscape - No company direction, products started and scrapped on a whim - Extremely high rate of turnover

      - Smart people to work with - Small company so easy to work in a small team - Pay is decent

      Cons

      - Management has no direction on company - Products are built arbitrarily with little room to question why - For such a small startup, saw the CEO once and it's clear CEO does not know what other products are on the market or the space - Lots of turnover - Company is owned by a law firm so it is run like a law firm instead of typical tech startup
