Pros

Can’t think of any pros.

Cons

Horrible Managment and middle Managment. CEO is an absolute psychopath who only care about himself and his brother. Argues with other Managment all the time. He frequently yells at people for no apparent reason. Middle management is scared and will blame other employees for their mistakes to save themself. Most employees leave within 6-9 months or as soon as they can get another job. STAY AWAY!!

Pros

Nice office in downtown Oslo Strong peer to peer bonding (due to hostile leadership)

Cons

Dishonest and untrustworthy leaders, frequently engaging in deceptive practices and breaching confidentiality. Their rude and unresponsive demeanor makes it challenging to communicate and collaborate effectively. In addition to the aforementioned negative traits, the leader displays a pattern of lying and deceit, consistently fabricating information and providing false explanations. Their manipulative behavior creates a toxic atmosphere, eroding trust among team members. Moreover, their complacent and entitled attitude leads to a lack of initiative and a refusal to take ownership of their mistakes. Their inconsiderate nature is evident through their disregard for others' needs and opinions, making collaboration difficult. Overall, their ungrateful and unappreciative demeanor further exacerbates their negative impact on the work environment. Behavior includes threatening actions that create a hostile work environment. They engage in confrontational and aggressive behavior towards employees, resorting to intimidation and harassment. Their actions not only undermine team morale but also pose a serious risk to the physical and emotional well-being of others. Furthermore, their secretive and manipulative tendencies exacerbate the toxic atmosphere, as they exploit sensitive information for personal gain or to further their harmful agenda. The combination of lying, deceit, and threatening behavior paints a troubling picture of this company conduct, necessitating immediate intervention to ensure the safety and well-being of the workplace.

Terrible!

Pros

In a twisted, masochistic sense, Bember excels at creating an atmosphere of extreme challenge and stress that will test your limits and push you to question your own sanity. If you're seeking an adrenaline-fueled rollercoaster ride through the depths of start-up hell, where every day feels like a battle for survival, then Bember is the place for you. Brace yourself for an unforgettable experience that will leave you questioning your life choices and yearning for a taste of the ordinary

Cons

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working at Bember, and I can confidently say that it was the worst decision of my professional career. If you're looking for a company that specializes in terrible management and employee terrorization, then Bember is the perfect fit for you! Let's start with the management. It's as if the executives at Bember underwent special training on how to crush the spirits of their employees. They possess a unique talent for demoralization, belittlement, and power tripping. From day one, I felt like I was working in a totalitarian regime rather than a modern workplace. The managers took delight in making unreasonable demands, consistently overloading their subordinates with unrealistic expectations, and then blaming them when things inevitably went wrong. Constructive feedback? Forget about it! They preferred to use public humiliation as their primary method of communication. Moreover, the lack of transparency and communication within the management team was astonishing. Decisions were made behind closed doors without any input from the employees who were directly affected. It felt like we were just cogs in a machine, disposable and replaceable at their whim. Any attempts to voice concerns or suggest improvements were met with hostility and threats of termination. It was a toxic environment where creativity and independent thinking were stifled, and conformity was the only acceptable path. Compensation and benefits were a joke. Bember prided itself on paying below-market salaries while expecting employees to overtime for free. Health insurance coverage is not included unlawfylly, and any attempts to negotiate for better benefits were met with dismissive laughter. The company's complete disregard for its employees' well-being was both shocking and infuriating. In conclusion, Bember is a company that thrives on terrorizing its employees and dehumanizing them in the process. The two brothers owning the company, lack of empathy, and make it a truly nightmarish place to work. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this company at all costs. Your mental health and professional growth deserve better than what Bember has to offer.
