Pressures of meeting deadlines and working with uncooperative authors can be very (sometimes chronically) stressful

I always feel supported working at BenBella, and the work is interesting and rewarding. Great work life-balance Friendly people
Cons
Upward mobility is slow-going and it can take two years to move up. Working from home can be tough sometimes, but for the most part, it is great.
