Was a young, vibrant employee base with lots of talented people. There was a clear aim to switch staffing primarily to Norway which seems now to have largely happened.

Constant budget pressures. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Interference from investors.
Great people and a good company culture, Good, approachable, "senior" (actually middle) managers who really care about their staff.
Cons
Everyone who made it a good place to work has left or will do soon. A sinking ship. Group executive management will say whatever is convenient at the time, what's integrity?
