      Pros

      Pay, commission, short workday. Those are really the only perks.

      Cons

      Horrible environment. They don't take any concerns you bring up seriously.

      Pros

      Good company with pretty good benefits. Lots of paid holidays.

      Cons

      Bonuses are small, maintenance does not get renewal incentives or bonuses at all for that matter.
