- Easy interview process - Friendly development team - Encouraged to ask questions (Albeit, don't ask too many) - General mentoring attitude from team was helpful

Cons

- Very corporate cutthroat culture - office politics were out of a TV show - High turnover rate meant a lot of people were already looking elsewhere | Not happy - Underappreciation of employees - Very little team building activities - Feedback on your work was not practical and there was too much work tracking - Pay was not competitive - no talk of future opportunity - Be ready to be booted at the first sign of trouble

Some staff are friendly, clients probably get good SR&ED reports, if the wind is from the west you can watch planes land at the airport.

Cons

Most unprofessional environment I've ever worked in.
