Thank you for your feedback. We are certainly disappointed to learn that you feel your experience as a BenefitHub Team Member has been less than ideal. We can assure you that we take all complaints very seriously and they are investigated thoroughly.

I think that's the first company where I felt at home. The people are great and I was really lucky with my manager.
It's a rapidly growing company, so it's probably not for people who want to sit and do the same things year after year. But start making the difference - and you'll get noticed and rewarded fast!
They are really flexible and they will do their best for you to feel comfortable.
I didn't notice much politics in the company. Everyone is willing to do their jobs and accept responsibility. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. The climate is warm and informal.
Cons
As I said, it's a rapidly growing company with the typical pains that such companies have. It's a bit mercurial, so expect the things and the nature of your job to change from time to time. Make sure your mind can embrace the complexity of the business. Don't expect manuals and procedures that will explain you everything and that you'll simply need to follow.

At the time, free food on Fridays. Work-life balance was ideal.
Cons
Lack of leadership, no training was provided, managers were completely unprofessional (women were looked at as objects), absolutely disorganized, toxic environment, couldn’t trust and the micro-aggressions were beyond.
Management had big egos for a company that is utterly laughable. Surprised that it’s still up and running.

Dear Former Employee,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It’s certainly been many years since we had free lunch on Fridays and are glad you enjoyed that benefit. We still order lunch for our employees who decide to come into the office, and we are certainly proud of the work-life balance/flexibility we offer our team. Because so many of our team members are now working remotely, we have also added team-building activities and opportunities to bring the workforce together to continue to build camaraderie and keep people engaged.
Of our total promotions over the last 12 months, 67% of them were females. Our Leadership team is comprised of 35% women and 49% of our employee population is female (we are so grateful for each and every one of them). With this in mind, our percentage of women is actually higher than average for a technology company. Forbes reports as of 2020 women held only 25% of jobs in tech companies and less than 28% held leadership positions. Our Chief People Officer is a female, ensuring we maintain the highest standards for gender equality. We also have a female member of our leadership team who departed the company and actually returned a couple of years later.
We now perform a semi-annual employee satisfaction survey and our overall scores are very high and suggest the vast majority of our team members are very happy with our leadership team and the direction the company is going. We are actually very proud to have seen growth even during COVID when many companies were struggling. Training has come a long way and we now utilize a learning management system for our training. Additionally, our product management and software project management team have done an incredible job of redefining our product life cycle process, and we feel confident that we are well on our way to achieving our long-term company goals.
