We can assure you that we take all complaints very seriously and they are investigated thoroughly. We also feel that our in-depth promotion approval process ensures all promotions in the organization are substantiated, and well deserved. In regards to your comment regarding our Leadership Team’s awareness, we utilize third party anonymous employee engagement surveys to create an open avenue of communication for all BenefitHub Team Members to share their feedback. While there are always areas for any company to reflect upon and improve, we feel that our scores consistently reflect an extremely happy team.
