      Pros

      Bennett is a very safe environment. The campus police do a good job of protecting the school and are helpful.

      Cons

      Low pay, little to no room for advancement. This place is way too top heavy for a school this size.

      The students are the only best reasons to work for this institution.

      Cons

      The downside of this institution is unfair treatment and leadership who spends more time in judging others on their personal feelings for them instead of the job performance that one performs.

      Consider state of leadership and management. Ultimately, it's about whether or not organizational structure will allow educators to serve/teach students with the support needed.
