High turnover for SDRS, there is no opportunity to move up in the company. As an SDR you truly feel like the bottom of the barrel. They have a quota system that makes it impossible to succeed and the base pay is extremely low for the amount of time it takes to be successful at this role. If they see someone is struggling, they don't really help so most people just get fired. Other people like myself have made the decision to leave this role before it gets to that point. This role truly made me hate sales. This is not a place where they invest in you as an employee and it is very clear that SDRS are disposable/replaceable. If you want a successful career in sales, do yourself a favor and do not work here.
