High rate of turn around, poor job satisfaction, and no pay transparency.
Pros
Upper management gets unlimited PTO, disproportionally high pay/bonuses, and paid company cars. Great place to work in you're in the upper management. Certain teams have a lot lighter work load than others and a faster promotion rate. Great if you're apart of one of those teams.
Cons
They laid off a bunch of people in the past year and a lot who voluntarily left, high rate of turn around for such a company. Lots of poor job satisfaction and no pay transparency. They award "employee of the quarter" based on whoever hasn't gotten one in a while and is in the upper management's good graces, not based on the "voting" they send out to employees. They used to have a 2 day/week work from home but went down to one and have had talks about taking that away too.
