      Pros

      Exciting and interesting work. Staff can be passionate about what they do. Bonuses can be really great. CEO is inspiring. Beer-thirty: a kegerator in the kitchen that employees could grab a beer from in the evenings.

      Cons

      High turnover; management takes pride in firing. A lot of young employees so there isn't much focus placed on work/life balance. Easy to get burnt out.

      Pretty good pay. Fairly young and intelligent work force.

      Upper management stifles new ideas in order to protect their own jobs and the appearance that they add the most value.

      Better places to start PR career

      Bonuses, Beer in kitchen, Office in downtown DC

      Cons

      This place doesn't want to grow young employees, they think it's more about cycling them through and replacing. If you want to start in PR, there's better places out there that care about employees and will actually help you grow your career.
