Extremely Unprofessional
Pros
Requires 0 intelligence. Nothing particularly hard is demanded out of you, though it is very tedious. Decent pay, but it could be far better for what is actually demanded out of each work day.
Cons
Unprofessional! Everyone cursed like sailors in the office, far worse than I have ever experience in food or retail! Everyone is catty, I was specifically told "not to trust anyone and to watch my back". There is no training, I was trained by someone who had worked there for 3 weeks and she told me she had no idea what she was doing and I would be lucky if I got any real training. Everyone gossips. Everyone complains about how much they hate their job and how little they are paid. Overworked and underpaid is an understatement. You will get promoted very quickly, but don't expect training or an increased pay to come along with that. Let's just put it this way...I'd rather work at McDonald's than work here, this place was drama central with inadequate employees and terrible management.
