      AL amount still ok.. very basic perks and benefits

      这里的管理层真的很不专业，做事没章程，小事大事都要开好多会议，最后还是说得问大老板。完全没有flexibility, 不尊重员工的work life balance, dayoff也会找你。升职加薪慢，没有学习空间。管理层擅长PUA, 根本不会站在员工角度想。请以人为本，员工才是你们最重要的资产。看看turnover rate这么高就知道了。

      Salary is on-time, welcoming working environment, you get to interact with really awesome children

      Consistently short on manpower at various outlets, staff turnover rate is high. There are those few sore thumbs that will make your life miserable just like any organizations out there, so be prepared.
