Pros

They will hire you with no law firm experience. Lots of entry level opportunities.

Cons

No cultural diversity. A lot of family members of the management working here and getting promoted because of relationships not quality of work. Very cliquey environment. If you are looking to make a difference or you care about clients this is not the place for you. They are a case mill, pull them in and push them out.

Can work 37.5 hours a week so schedule is flexible, dress code is casual, decent view of atlanta and keurig machine in break room

Cons

insanely boring work, high work load for meaningless tasks, no recognition for hard work but quick to criticize anything done wrong. everything is considered priority so very difficult to manage. frequent firings
