Pros
They will hire you with no law firm experience. Lots of entry level opportunities.
Cons
No cultural diversity. A lot of family members of the management working here and getting promoted because of relationships not quality of work. Very cliquey environment. If you are looking to make a difference or you care about clients this is not the place for you. They are a case mill, pull them in and push them out.
