mostly their own friends or family members working for them instead of doing proper work the middle aged staff and the management like to come up with weird rules in the company to enforced their sense of authority upon junior staff like deduct salary, giving those clock in/out card to executive to punch out, counting their staff go toilet how many times, shame employees in their chat group, shouting and scolding vulgar words at employees so called SOP is use a few pieces of paper write and print out not forgetting no IT support....so much for a self proclaimed company until cannot even afford to hire IT support even worn employees shoes and clothing they also take back on your last day pathetic few dollars increment

Fast growing company which means some newly recruited staff really did not fit into the organization. Luckily the company is not too proud to correct its mistakes. The key staff is really hard working and very passionate about their job. Some people expect others to work really hard. You need to have this fighter mentality when you join them. Sometimes the train moves too fast for people just looking for an easy job to pay their bills.
