You will learn alot, its technical and improves on individual accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
Cons
No work/ balance, overnight shifts are draining and lead to frequent sickness.

Pros
If you have basic math skills, attentive and listen to instructions well, this job might be a good fit for you. Most of the workers are also lovely and working with them is not daunting.
Cons
while the job is not hard, the cons are that the workload is very heavy, the hours are extremely long and shift schedule is draining meaning you have to work both day and overnight shifts at a minimum of 10hrs daily for your semi-weekly pay in some cases is incorrect.
