      •Some of the employees were cool.

      Cons

      • CEO will make you write fake reviews. • CEO lives lavishly while paying employees bare minimum. • CEO will make you share all his posts from Facebook, Twitter, etc. • Entire team was promised stocks as compensation that were never received, CEO blamed legal team, and didn’t provide any alternative compensation. • No work life balance.

      The culture is driven by each team member's commitment to the mission of creating a passion-centered lifestyle and community. You can be given a lot of responsibilities early on. It's an open environment where everyone's ideas are encouraged. It's awesome to feel like your work matters and is valued. The CEO is highly experienced, and really great at inspiring and leading the team.
