I improved my skills as a designer and liked the collaborative work style.
Cons
There were 4 "restructures" in my 1.5 years with the company, for an established company that was concerning. Some of management were great people to work with, others were the complete opposite. Overtime the work became production, not creative. Get collateral done and out as fast as possible with unrealistic expectations.
