Pros

Great deal flow, work with amazing investment team,meet a ton of great entrepreneurs. Amazing job for someone who loves working in technology. Great exit opportunities if you leave.

Cons

Nothing negative about my experience. You need to be a "people person" who is able to work independently. You also need to be prepared to work hard on a deal that might not go through. These are all things inherent in venture capital though - if you are interested in VC, this is where you want to work.

Very smart coworkers with senses of humor.

Cons

They are WAY behind the times. Super conservative in their working methods and minimal importance/value is placed towards the operations teams. If you do not work on the investment side, prepare to be undervalued, underpaid, and unappreciated. They are cautious to make changes and too bureaucratic. All in all, I did not have a great experience in my years working there and couldn’t wait to get out.

The people here are all super smart, and honest. When you work here you feel like the partners really care about doing the right thing for their investors and for the companies we invest in. And they give us all lots of room to do our jobs, to formulate and pursue our own ideas.

Cons

I can't think of any.
