Unsure why it’s prestigious - Anonymous employee Bessemer Venture Partners Employee Review

They are WAY behind the times. Super conservative in their working methods and minimal importance/value is placed towards the operations teams. If you do not work on the investment side, prepare to be undervalued, underpaid, and unappreciated. They are cautious to make changes and too bureaucratic. All in all, I did not have a great experience in my years working there and couldn’t wait to get out.
