The benefits are very generous and there is always someone on hand to answer any questions professionally. I'm also happy with the salary and even there you can work your way up to higher pay grades. Sick days are covered by the employer and after the probationary period you get even more for your health, which is also covered by the employer. I am always treated in a friendly manner from day one. If you give your all for the company, you can be happy that they will do the same for you.
