Pros
I've worked here for a little over 3 years and when I first started I loved it from the atmosphere to the people to the management. Its a fast growing rapid company and it truly makes a difference in people's lives. The people who I've had the pleasure of working with are great. There is free coffee, free parking at the Quincy location, lots of paid time off, flexible and accommodating schedules. The past summer and holiday parties were great.
Cons
After 3 years its time to go! There have been so many changes, all new management team that is pretty much useless, the health insurance is horrible, and employee are quitting every week because there is so much pressure and not enough recognition, not much opportunity for advancement, lack of communication, raises ha! you get an opportunity for a raise at the end of the year but it barely makes a difference. We used to have a monthly happy hour but that was taken away recently. HR needs to do a better job obtaining health benefits. The current atmosphere is basically work harder, work faster, keep the members happy they're what matters not you, if you screw up you'll get fired, pressure pressure, pressure.
