Pros

The IT team has a great team culture.

Cons

From the outside, the company appears well established, but the reality is far from that. It operates like a government office in Sri Lanka, with managers who lack experience, are often too lazy, and prefer to delegate tasks they should be handling themselves. This is especially true for the recruitment team, where managers have little to no understanding of what they’re doing. Politics run rampant, and it’s disappointing to witness. Favoritism is also prevalent if you’re not on the radar of upper management, you’re quickly forgotten. The Human Resources department, particularly at the management level, lacks any human touch; it’s robotic and devoid of empathy, though they put on a façade of caring, which isn’t genuine. Cost-cutting measures are rampant, and while the company once had a positive culture, the growth has led to the rise of "cardboard heroes." Some members of management even view university degrees as just pieces of paper. Recruitment has been stagnant for over three years, and with such poor management, it’s likely the Sri Lanka office may close soon. On top of all that, there’s constant micromanagement by the upper management.
