Good work environment. Good benefits. Enjoy the coworkers and the way everyone comes together when there are problems.

Not much room for advancement. Union position but union does not do much to help when bargaining. Used to get Saturday OT and OT for over 8 hours. All new employees do not receive this benefit going forward. With mediocre pay rate the OT policy was a nice benefit to attract talent.

It's not hard work once you've learned it.

Doesn't offer much in the way of benefits for part time workers.
