Benefits are well below industry standard. Hours are not guaranteed. Vacation pay is a very small fraction of total hours worked. Sick days were only implemented because the state made it mandatory, so the minimum amount of sick pay is made available. CEO is willing to bully and punish employees for exercising their rights as employees.
