      Studying a lot about the corporate world, experienced company. Great facilities - Snacks, Coffee, and more.

      Cons

      It is a highly pressured environment with a lot of work hours, entry-level doesn't get many chances - the lifetime of an analyst is approximately 1-1.5 years.
