Interesting technology that offer technical learning opportunities if the technical owners will allow it. Available health clinic that will freely hand you anti anxiety meds; which many people working here need daily. Good place for those new to aerospace.
Cons
Chaotic and arrogant management that assumes zero responsibility. Those coming from established aerospace companies with insightful and valid experience are ignored and written off as 'difficult'. Going against the core founders opinions will get you fired, which will be a passive aggressive approach with no actual open transparent discussion. Their claim of 'team oriented' is only true if you simply fall in line and drink the kool-aid of the cult leader and his 'disciples'. They are dishonest in their culture, and their overall program, either out of complete ignorance or trying to appear further along than they are. Burnout runs rampant.
