- You can signification improve your skills because the dev team have high quality skill so you can learn from them - The Friendly environment, have a lot of event to connect each member in team. - No OT, No Tracking. You just commit your out with high performance.

- We work remotely, so we need to keep communication to feel not lonely.

Overall, Betamind is a good place to work with. They will offer an Independent Contract, not a local contract if you don't mind.
