They will slowly give you more and more packages till you can't fit them all in your van. They'll try and show you new ways of organizing the bags in your van, however everything will spill over when you drive away from the station, making your effort ineffective. Several of the vans have maintenance items which they continuously ignore, such as oil changes and tires. This is especially bad during peak season. When you prove to them that you can't deliver an ornate amount of packages, which fill the vans beyond design capacity, then they stop giving you routes/shifts and and wait till you quit.
