Pros
Working for Better Place was uplifting, with the feeling of working towards a better high cause and purpose, the culture of family and belonging provided a positive environment, great company events and celebrations. Lots of opportunities for professional growth and travels, Benefits were great. Would work again with many of the people at Better Place.
Cons
Better Place was a startup company with long working hours, even if it recognized the need for work-life balance.
