Where to start? They lie to you about the job during a long and tedious interview process. Their on boarding is having your supervisor read you the employee manual. Absolutely no training for any service you are to provide, if you question this you are told every location is different so they can't train you on everything. Work equipment is so outdated even the IT department complains they can't update and maintain. National staff is so out of touch with the good people doing the work. CEO is good speaker, but everything he says are lies. Save yourself, there are plenty of amazing non profits out there who actually care about their mission and employees. Better tomorrow only cares about the bottom line and lining their CEO and national office staff pockets. Would not have even given one start, but zero stars is not an option.

Several of the positive reviews on here were scripted by management. The responses here on Glassdoor, championing "open and honest communication", are a farce. Staff are scared to speak their minds due to fear of retaliation and a history of finding reasons to fire people they don't like. I have never felt so insecure in a job, wondering if next week they'll find some reason to come after me, too. Take heed of these reviews. I echo their complaints and stand with past employees.
