BHFT is a truly global, remote-first company with a very supportive culture. The leadership team is approachable and encouraging, and collaboration across teams and regions feels smooth and natural. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and willing to step in when needed, which makes working remotely feel connected rather than isolating. The compliance team is especially supportive and collaborative, and my manager has been encouraging and easy to work with. HR genuinely cares about employee well-being and growth, both professionally and personally, and it shows in the way people are supported. As a compliance professional based in India, I’ve felt welcomed, valued, and well-integrated into the global team.
Cons
The only area for potential improvement would be medical and sports benefits, particularly for employees based in India. The current allowance can feel limited considering healthcare and sports-related costs in cities like Mumbai. Extending medical coverage to include family members, or at least children, and considering sports benefits for family or children would be very helpful. Any consideration in this area would be greatly appreciated.
