The team is so friendly and everybody is open to help you, when you need it. It is a key advantage of BHFT above another companies - they are really care about your comfort conditions of work and they will provide you as much as you need to improve yourself as a professional.
Cons
The most part of the teem works remotely, it also has the negative side of not being able to get as close to the team as you would be able to do in the office.
