I worked as a Founder’s PA for almost three years. They treated me not just an employee but as a part of their family too. Working with Tamara has been so rewarding. She is not just a boss but also a mentor, friend and a mother to me. Beusail is a great company to work for and everyday there is a new thing to learn. Excellent management; co-founders give their employees their full attention. Every employee's life state is taken into consideration, and they ensure that everyone is doing well.
Cons
As a startup company, it is challenging absorbing all the information needed to know. There are a lot of paths and things to take in order to grow personally and as an employee. But Beusail ensures that every employee is ready for every responsibility they take. They provided relevant trainings. Company meetings are conducted regularly so every employee’s concerns and needs are always met. The Founders and other superior employees are always willing to help.
