Pros
most of the people/apprentices you work with are really nice and helpful and these people are, in a way, responsible for about 80% of what you learn as an apprentice
Cons
a few of the leads will never tell you if your doing anything wrong management is very two faced one moment they say they like you, the next they're letting you go

Pros
Although we have grown tremendously over the past few years, Management does a great job keeping it feeling like a family company. They do a lot of little things to make me feel appreciated and recognize my achievements
Cons
With growth comes new employees. The manager I used to work for moved up in the company and now I have a new manager. I like them both, but I had to go through a transition as an employee to understand the needs and style of the new manager.
