      Nothing at all... They just gaslight you into everything

      Cons

      Horrible CEO as a person and as a businessman. The management has no sense of business or the market they want to make money from just a bunch of fake it till you make it people.

      The only perk was the free coffee and the occasional pizza parties.

      Cons

      If you're good at your job and you finish your tasks early, you need to prepare yourself to take over other's jobs aswell. Doesnt matter if it does not come under your job profile. There is also a lot of politics in play. Sales employees are always given the upperhand.
