Pros
Caring for the Clients. Onsite activities and a dedicated activities department for the clients.
Cons
staff have to work 16 to 18 hours a day 9+ days in a row, and you better not nod off at any point from being over worked you will get write ups and fired if it happens more than a few times. when you go to work for Beverly Farm you are basically signing a contract that you are now Beverly Farm property to control and enslave. very bad teamwork, unbelieveable amount of gossip and backstabbing and sabotage with staff at all levels, when state is there you better be ready to start lying and act like everything is perfect. working for BFF will turn the most god fearing, christian person into a liar and gossip. It truly is a HORRIBLE place to work.
