      Benefits and the residents you work with

      Cons

      Respect and fairness have declined. Promotions no longer offered or posted for chances to advance. Last advancement based on “who you know” not best qualified. Communication has decreased the last few months.

      Pros

      Residents are wonderful and well cared for, staff are mostly great

      Cons

      A culture with a divide and conquer, backstabbing mentality, write ups are too common, senior managers pick favorites and hope you dont get sick or have a personal issue. They also take advantage of staff through mandatory overtime.
