Pros
Operates like a startup at times, which is great a great introduction to new tasks and can lead to professional growth. Office staff are sociable and welcoming.
Cons
Like any company, priorities and workload fluctuate but at times, I felt that the fluctuations were too extreme. The most recent CEO caused for a lot of change in the office in face of business decisions that led to people losing their jobs and BKi to merge with a large environmental company.

Management takes a genuine interest in career development and cultivating great employees. Lots of opportunities to be challenged and take on new projects.
Cons
Experiencing growing pains... business operations side (HR, IT, etc.) is underdeveloped and improvements are painfully executed.
