Pros
You might get to work with some other people for a short amount of time ..
Cons
You are a number, you don’t perform and get budget constantly, they will find a reason to terminate your employment. The constant pressure from store management and even worse upper management is constant and leads to bullying and unfairness in knowing you must make budget and loyalty and bonus offers .. do not count on senior members of your steamto help you in any way.. even if it’s your first week, they will take your sales , refund your lay-bys and put under their name .. and you won’t have a leg to stand on. You don’t get paid for any staff meetings or launches - they go for 1.5hrs -2hrs on average.. you will not get legally entitled rest breaks .. let alone rest and lunch breaks filled in on your roster .. Rosters may come out two days before that fortnight, maybe the night before... it will then be changed constantly at their whim and without warning.. and it is your responsibility to make sure you turn up for shifts , there is no consultation over shift changes .. You will not get paid for a minute over your rostered time even if you are with a customer making a sale or just serving .. if you end up working 20-30 minutes over your rostered hours you do it for the love apparently.. you will not get your legal 12 hours in between shifts especially at Xmas nor will you be paid the correct penalty rates .. the list goes on ... do yourself a favour seriously, you will be treated abysmally .. run .. you do not want to work here , I promise you
